The North Cascades Bank River Run on the Fourth 5K and 10K running race is part of the community’s Independence Day Celebration. The event’s two courses take in the Apple Capital Loop Trail along the Columbia River. The start and finish areas are located on the street directly behind Pybus Public Market to the east. That street will be closed during the event. The 5K and 10K feature flat sections and a few hills. We encourage walkers to participate in both events, as strolling along the river is a pastime of many.
