No Discover Pneeded! You can visit Washington state parks by vehicle for the day without a Discover Pass. You’ll still need a Discover Pass to access lands managed by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, and other passes such as Sno-Park Permits are still required for Washington Sno-Parks.
