The start of December just keeps delivering wintry goodness. Over 8” of new snow in the last 24 hours and awesome snowmaking production has us excited! So excited in fact that we will be re-opening this week on Thursday instead of Friday! Our mountain operations crews will be out preparing the hill all day Tuesday and Wednesday in anticipation of a stellar Thursday bonus day. We plan on operating Chairs 1, 2, 3 and the Pika Peak rope tow and look forward to a significant increase to open terrain. Once we are a bit closer to Thursday morning, we will announce what will be in play as we head into Thursday-Sunday operations. Additional terrain will open as conditions permit. Early season conditions and coverage do exist out there so be on the lookout for marked and unmarked obstacles. And as always, stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures as they are there for your safety.
