Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort has had 20 inches of new snow in less than two weeks and it is primed for skiers and snowboarders.
Mission Ridge is not only known for having the best powder, conditions and views but also for fun programming like Fireside Friday, Mountain Music Series, Companion Rescue Workshop, Thursday Night Drags, Twilight Snowshoe Trek, Valentine’s Dinner at the Midway Lodge, Avalanche Awareness Workshop as well as Rails & Ales.
Rails & Ales is an amazingly unique experience that is held between Wenatchee Avenue and Columbia Street on Orondo Avenue. Mission Ridge brings truck loads of snow down from the mountain and sets up a run with rails that skiers and snowboarders compete on while fans of all ages watch from all over the street and fans 21 and over spectate from the beer garden outside Badger Mountain Brewing. It is truly a site to behold and an experience to enjoy. The 2020 edition of Rails & Ales will be held on Friday, February 7th at 5 p.m.
