The Leavenworth Winter Sports Club is hosting the 2nd annual Moose Dewlap Citizens Trek, scheduled for February 27th, 2016.  This is new all-day 43k Nordic ski trek through the beautiful Lake Wenatchee, Meadow Creek area outside of Leavenworth.

The Moose Dewlap Citizens Trek replaces the Hog Loppet that the LWSC has hosted for more than a decade.  The Meadow Creek area is in a snowy part of the Cascades that’s sheltered from high winds and avalanche dangers, making it an ideal location for Nordic ski trek outing.
