Welcome to the fourth-annual Bundle-Up 5K Run and Walk and 1K Kids Run, held in conjunction with the Bundle-Up Festival in downtown Wenatchee. Late January is a great time to get outside for a run or a walk — to shake off those winter blues! — and our course along the Wenatchee waterfront is ideal for such a jaunt. This is a RunWenatchee event.

The first 500 paid registrants will receive a special Bundle-Up commemorative item.

We also will be holding a costume contest among runners and walkers, with many great prizes to give away. In addition, there will be a post-race party at Saddle Rock Pub, where there will be big discounts on beverages and food to participants who show their bib number.

The 1K Kids Race, which begins at 11:30 a.m., is free.

The Bundle-Up 5K Run/Walk, which begins at 12 noon, benefits Wenatchee High School runners.
