All proceeds from the event will benefit Give NCW nonprofit participants. \nNote that Pybus Market will not be open on Thanksgiving Day. \nInterested in Volunteering? Sign up here! \nRACE DAY INFORMATION\nWelcome runners and walkers to the 2024 Give NCW Turkey Trot! The Community Foundation of NCW thanks you for helping to support the Give NCW holiday campaign for local nonprofit organizations and for taking part in this great holiday tradition. \nPacket Pickup – Wednesday night/Thursday morning \n\nPacket pickup or late registration on Wednesday Nov 27th 2:00pm-8:00pm in the concourse of Pybus Public Market.\nSeveral Pybus Market merchants are offering food and drink discounts during Packet Pickup!\nYou can also pickup your packet on race day from 7:00am-8:45am – there will be NO registration day-of race.\n\nStart/finish: All three races will start and finish on the Apple Capital Loop Trail adjacent to Pybus Public Market. The Kids Race will start at 9:00am in the boat launch parking lot (kids will run laps around the lot and be within sight); the 10k at 9:15am and the 5K at 9:30am. \nResults: The 5K and 10K races are being timed by Negative Split of Spokane. Results will be posted on the Negative Split website at https://nsplit.com/results/ following the race. Please note: the Kids Race is not timed. \nRunner/walker support: There will be an aid station at the turnaround spot on the 5K course and there will be an aid station at the turnaround spot on the 10K course. In addition\, tables with coffee\, water and food items will be located adjacent to the start/finish area. \nParking: There are several options for parking. People can park their vehicles in the Pybus Public Market lots\, along Worthen Street\, and in the Riverfront Park lot next to the pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks. On the other side of the pedestrian bridge there is ample parking available along Columbia Street and behind the Wenatchee Convention Center. \nPlease DO NOT park in the Worx gym lot and in the Hilton Garden Inn lot — both on Worthen Street. Those businesses will be open and you risk getting towed. Also\, please note that River Drive\, which is the street that skirts behind Pybus Market to the Orondo Avenue Boat Launch will be closed to vehicular traffic at Worthen Street. \nPlease see the map below for more on parking. \nRestrooms: Porta-potties will be located adjacent to the start/finish area\, and the restrooms in Riverfront Park and at Walla Walla Point Park will be open. \nNote: Pybus Market will NOT be open. \nRunner premiums: The first 750 paid participants in the 5K and 10K will receive a commemorative winter beanie hat – be sure to register early! \nCostume contest: The Community Foundation is encouraging people to get fun and creative with their running attire. The “Best Dressed Individual” will receive $500 from the Community Foundation to donate to a Give NCW nonprofit of their choice\, and the “Most Spirited Group” will receive $1\,000 from the Community Foundation to donate to a Give NCW nonprofit of their choice. To participate in the contest\, please check in with the judges in the booth located near the start/finish line. \nAwards: The top three male\, female\, and non-binary runners in both the 5K and 10K races will each receive an award. DESCRIPTION:Eastmont Thanksgiving Classic\nNovember 30 through December 1\, 2024\nTo register\, please register your team on Tourney Machine website. \n2024 will be the inaugural year for our Thanksgiving Classic Tournament. It has been made an official qualifying tournament for the Washington AAU State Tournament to be held in Spokane on March 7 through March 9 (girls) and March 14 through March 16 (boys). All teams finishing 1st or 2nd in each division will qualify for the State Championship to battle top teams from towns throughout Washington \nScores will be updated on the Tourney Machine application. All teams will need to provide a score keeper for each game so we can check scoresheets if there is a discrepancy in the reporting. \nT-shirts will be sold at Eastmont Junior High School. They are silk screened while you wait. You get to design your items by choosing from a variety of decals\, shirts\, sweatshirts\, sweat pants\, etc.

SUMMARY:NCWVBC Lights Out Volleyball Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Warm ups will be 5 minutes and 5 minutes for the first two matches of each pool and 3 and  3 for the remaining pool and bracket matches\, No Shared Serving. \nThere are a limited amount of bleachers available.  Low profile chairs have been acceptable in the gym in the past as long as you have a blanket/towel/etc. to put under. There will be water only in the gyms.  No outlet usage for cooking devices. \nChildren must always be supervised; please do not leave children unattended. We have many glass trophy cases and large photo frames in the hallways; no bouncing or hitting balls outside the gym. \nThe gyms will open at 7am. There will be a coaches meeting at 7:30am and play will begin at 8am. \nWe will keep all gyms results updated at each site so you will be able to follow the pool play. We will have one day official for WHS & PMS.  There will be site directors at each site running the coaches meeting\, recording pool/bracket play and answering questions as they arise. \nThere will be Tournament Apparel and Concessions at Wenatchee High School\, 1101 Millerdale Ave\, Wenatchee\, WA (U-14 location) \nThanks for entering and look forward to seeing you all Saturday

SUMMARY:NCWVBC Fire & Rain Volleyball Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Thanks for your entry into the tournament on Saturday in the Wenatchee Valley. We are playing at 3 sites for our U-12 tournament. Pioneer Middle School\,  Foothills MS and Clovis Point Elem which are all within a 1 mile from each other\, so when we get to bracket play and there is movement between the gyms\, it will be an easy move between the sites. There will be a commons area in all schools where the players can put their things while they are playing. \nThere are a limited amount of bleachers available. There will be water only in the gyms.  As usual\, there are some first time parents and family\, but please remind them if you see them to take them out of the gyms. No outlet usage for cooking devices. \nChildren must always be supervised; please do not leave children unattended. We have many glass trophy cases and large photo frames in the hallways; no bouncing or hitting balls outside the gym. \nThe gyms will open at 7am. There will be a coaches meeting at 7:30am and play will begin at 8am. \nWarm ups will be 5 minutes and 5 minutes for the first two matches of each pool and 3 and  3 for the remaining pool and bracket matches\, No Shared Serving. \nWe will keep all gyms results updated at each site so you will be able to follow the pool play. We will have one day official at each site.  There will be site directors at each site running the coaches meeting\, recording pool play and answering questions as they arise. \nThere will be tournament apparel at\, t-shirts\, sweat shirts\, ect.

If hotels are full\, we have many other hotels or AirBNB/Vrbos in our area where you can stay. \nTeams must provide an official USA Hockey Roster by a specific date listed on registration details. DESCRIPTION:Eastmont Winter Classic\n      \nFebruary 21 through February 23\, 2025\nTo register\, please register your team on Tourney Machine website. \nThe long standing “Eastmont Winter Classic” is an official one of the last chance tournaments to qualify for the Washington AAU State Tournament to be held in Spokane on March 7 through March 9 (girls) and March 14 through March 16 (boys). All teams finishing 1st or 2nd in each division will qualify for the State Championship to battle top teams from towns throughout Washington \nScores will be updated on the Tourney Machine application. All teams will need to provide a score keeper for each game so we can check scoresheets if there is a discrepancy in the reporting. \nT-shirts will be sold at Eastmont Junior High School. They are silk screened while you wait. You get to design your items by choosing from a variety of decals\, shirts\, sweatshirts\, sweat pants\, etc.
